This is the name given in Appendix C of Rolfsen's *Knots and Links*, which
lists all links up to 9 crossings (hence we only include values for links of 9 crossings or fewer).
The notation is of the form a^{b}_{c},
where a is the crossing number, b is the number of components, and c
is an archive number assigned to each ( a , b ) pair. For example, the borromean rings
L6a4 has Rolfsen name (6^{3})_{2}, so is the second 3-component link of 6
crossings in the classical naming system.
